The details matter. Here are a few recent improvements to the HomeRoot experience.
A steadier Desk and simpler sign-in.
Capturing something new preserves the arrangement already on your Desk. Web and mobile clients now share the corrected placement behavior, helping keep your existing organization intact.
Google and Apple sign-in join the email option on the website. Existing users can connect a provider from their account settings to keep using the same Desk.
Search and conversation controls have also received refinements, including a cleaner return to the exact words you found.
Pick up the right thread.
Ordinary search received improvements to its presentation and return path. Opening a result and going back keeps your search context together.
Optional AI recall also received a correction to help surface relevant existing Entries while keeping uncertainty visible when more than one thought could fit a question.
A calmer everyday workspace.
The web experience gained a refined graphite and pearl appearance, with consistent controls and a quieter visual treatment across the Desk and Entries.
Account onboarding and sharing explanations also became clearer, helping distinguish your personal space from what you deliberately share.
